How to add important dates in clients applications? Dates are an essential part of the applications in OZIAgent, as they keep track of the sales that will, in turn, generate revenue for your agency. Once a start and end date are added in an application, OZIAgent, through its notification system, can notify the agent assigned about potential deadlines of an application. For example, when a course is about to finish, your client might be looking for further education or visa services. Your current clients are your greatest prospects in the International Education business.   There are important dates in the Application which play a beneficial role for your agency: Applied Intake – these are referred to as the expected start date of the product and give an estimate on when the course or service is going to start. Start Date – This is the verified date when the service related to the application will start or has started. You can trigger notifications and automations based on this date. End Date – This is the verified date in the application when the service is going to be completed. Expected Win Date – Refers to the date when the application will be confirmed, known as a ‘win’. For Example: In Course Application: The start and end dates can be the start and end dates of the course, which can be either found in the Offer Letter or Confirmation of Enrolment. In Insurance Application: The start and end dates can be the start and end dates of the insurance, which can be found in the Insurance Certificate.   The end date is an important factor in retaining your client. OZIAgent lets you set notifications and automations based on the end date of the client application. This is really useful and certainly a huge asset for marketing purposes.

Adding Partner’s Client ID

How to add the Partner’s Client ID in the client application? Partner’s Client ID in application is basically the unique ID provided by your partner to recognize the client for further communication and invoicing. In Education service, this can be a Student ID provided by the institution when the client enrolls in the course. Many of the Australian Institutions require Client ID to be mentioned in the commission invoice, which is also implemented in the OZIAgent system. To add a Client’s Partner’s ID for the specific application, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to your client’s application page Step 2: Click on the three dots in the application table, then select the ‘Edit’ option and add the PartnerClientId to the PartnerClientId field.

Sub Agents are individuals who refer and submit applications to you on behalf of Partners with whom they do not have a direct connection. To connect a Sub Agent follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Application tab on the client profile page Step 2: Select any Application Step 3: Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and go to the Sub Agent section Step 4: Click on the +Add to view all active Sub Agents Step 5: Select your related Sub Agent to connect Super Agents are the designated recipients for applications if you do not have a direct representative agreement with the partner. To connect a Super Agent follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Super Agent section Step 2: Click +Add to view all active Super Agents Step 3: Select your related Super Agent to connect with Step 3: Save once completed.

Step 1 – Select clients from the menu, and the Client’s list will appear Step 2: Then, go to the Application tab in the client profile page Step 3: Select the Application where you need to add an assignee Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Click the Add+ option beside the assignee and a list of team members will appear. What are the actions that can be performed in the application? The best part about processing an application through OZIAgent is that we can add various activities at each stage of the application and track them all at the same time. The activities that can be performed in each stage of the applications are: 1. Adding notes – Notes can be used to add further comments about the client’s needs and preferences about the service they would like to undertake. We can use notes to add any important details about the application right in its present stage. For this: Step 1: Open the detail page of the application Step 2: Select the Notes icon in each stage of the workflow of the application. Step 3: Pop-up will appear. Add the details of the notes. Step 4: Save once completed. The Notes added or deleted will be shown under the ApplicationStages. Step 2: Click the Button “ Document” Appointments can also be added in each stage of the application. For this, Step 1: Click on the appointment icon Step 2: A pop-up will appear. Fill in the details of the appointment. Step 3: Save once completed. Further, email the client directly from the application stage. This is a great feature to stay in constant communication at all stages of the application process. Step 1: To send an email, click on the mail icon Step 2: Fill in the details of the email on the pop-up that appears on the right. Step 3: Click on save once completed.

Status in application

What are the status of the application? In OZIAgent, any application has three different statuses. The status enables the segregation of the application easily. The current status can be seen both on the Application list under the Client Profile and on the Application Detail Page. They are In Progress (any ongoing application that is not completed or discontinued) . Completed (When the application comes to the stage of the process and the User completes the application). Discontinued (any application which has been discontinued by the User for various reasons)
